Platform Fundamentals
What GOAL is, the value proposition, core features and how the platform fits together.
GOAL Value Proposition
Day 4 of Week 1 AE onboarding: why traditional shared leads can create a broken experience for consumers, producers, and agency owners, and how GOAL's marketing-platform model, agency-branded consumer journey, pay-per-click pricing, and disposition-based optimization differ. Closes with the stronger-fit and weaker-fit agency profile, a 30-second value story practice, a knowledge check, and the Week 1 certification assignment.
Value Story Review and Certification
Day 5 of Week 1 runs three practice rounds on the GOAL value story, then scores each rep against a weighted rubric with an 80% passing bar and one certification scenario drawn at random. Reps who miss the bar get targeted coaching and a retake within two business days.
Ecosystem Map and Control Boundary List
The Day 4 ramp asset for mapping the lead ecosystem and how GOAL makes money. It names the players and their motivations, traces the lead and the money between them, and sorts every performance factor into who actually controls it.
Funnel Diagram with Leak Points
The agency performance funnel from leads delivered through to premium written, with the Day 11 exercise for reasoning about where performance leaks and who owns each fix.
Written Lead Flow Explanation
The Day 2 lead-flow exercise: write a one-page, plain-English explanation of how a lead travels from consumer intent to the agency's hands, covering the four product types, the delivery paths and the speed-to-lead argument.
GOAL Platform Knowledge Reference
A working reference for the GOAL Platform: metric definitions, bid multiplier math, RightPricing calibration stages, common configuration patterns, win rate targets, source type profiles, insurance seasonality and data sufficiency thresholds. Written to be consulted while auditing a campaign.
GOAL Transcript Analysis Insights
Findings from an analysis of five GOAL demo transcripts, comparing one independent agent against four Allstate agents across sales techniques, objection handling, pricing, competitive positioning and customer pain points. Includes the per-metric comparison and the training recommendations drawn from it.
